Use Case

Capture attendees before, during, and after the event

One event QR can handle registration, live schedules, check-in, feedback, replay links, and follow-up messages.

The event QR problem QRLooper solves

Events have three clearly distinct phases - before, during, and after. But most event QR codes only serve one destination. A registration link before the event becomes useless once the event starts. A live schedule link after the event ends just returns a 404.

Updating QR destinations manually on event day is error-prone and stressful. Reprinting badges, programmes, and signage because the content changed is expensive and wasteful.

QRLooper lets you configure all three phases in advance. Before the event: registration, schedule preview, and countdown. During: live agenda, session maps, and check-in. After: recordings, feedback, and early access to the next event.

How to set up an event QR

01

Create an event experience

Select the event use case in QRLooper. Configure pre-event, live, and post-event stages with the relevant destination URLs.

02

Set destination URLs per stage

Enter your registration page URL, live schedule URL, and post-event recap URL. Each URL can be updated any time without reprinting.

03

Set the time windows

Define when each stage activates - for example, pre-event up to 2 PM on the day, live from 2 PM to 10 PM, post-event from 10 PM onward.

04

Print on badges, signage, and programmes

Download the QR code and place it on all event materials. The same code handles every phase of the event automatically.
