How to set up a hotel guest QR

Create a hotel experience

Select the hotel use case in QRLooper. Set up three stages: check-in, in-stay, and check-out. Add a post-stay stage for returning guest offers.

Configure each stage

Enter the destination URL for each stage - your WiFi guide, room service menu, check-out page, and loyalty offer. Each URL can be updated any time without reprinting.

Set the time windows

Define when each stage activates. Check-in from 2 PM, in-stay from 3 PM, check-out from 6 AM to 12 PM. QRLooper switches content automatically.

Print and place
